Since the fall of 2015, Christopher (Chris) has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA), the Massachusetts, not-for-profit, community-based healthcare organization dedicated to improving care for low-income individuals with complex medical, behavioral health and social needs. Under his leadership, CCA has achieved a financial turnaround and secured its long-term sustainability, growing at double-digit rates while earning a national reputation for quality. During this time, Chris also launched Winter Street Ventures, CCA’s for-profit health innovation subsidiary created to partner with early stage entrepreneurs to take healthcare technology, devices and services from concept to marketplace.

Prior to CCA, Chris was CEO of Remedy Partners, an organization that develops and manages episode payment programs for employers, commercial health insurers, and government payers. He was also President and CEO of VNSNY CHOICE, the managed care affiliate of the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, the nation’s largest not-for-profit home- and community-based services. Chris has held senior positions with Amerigroup Corporation, Metropolitan Jewish Health System, Inc., and Faxton-St. Luke’s Health Care/Mohawk Valley Network, Inc. He currently serves as the Treasurer of ACAP, a national coalition of non-profit HMO’s, and as Vice Chair of the MLTSS Association Board.
